Once we receive your ashes, the creation process typically takes 4–8 weeks. Because each gem is handcrafted, the timeline ensures quality and personalization.

After you place your order, we send a free Ash Collection Kit with instructions and secure packaging. You simply place the ashes in the provided container and mail it back to us.
4. Can I choose the color of my gem?
Yes! We offer over 20 gem colors, and we can also create subtle blends. You’ll choose your color when ordering or during our consultation process.
5. What types of jewelry are available?
Answer: Our cremation gems can be set into rings, pendants, earrings, and more. Jewelry is available in sterling silver (.925) or 10K gold, including white and rose gold options.
